These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the EMA Fight Back website, online courses, safety consultancy, workshops, training programs, digital resources and other services offered through or in connection with this website.

By accessing this website, submitting an enquiry, booking a consultancy, purchasing a course, registering for a program, or using any EMA service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or services.

1. About EMA Fight Back

EMA Fight Back provides education and training relating to People Safety, Personal Safety, Self-Defense, Awareness and Prevention, Child Safety, Women’s Safety, Family Safety, Bullying Prevention, Emotional Safety, Workplace and Institutional Safety, Fitness and martial-arts-based training, Instructor Training, Workshops and seminars, and Online courses and educational resources.

EMA Fight Back may provide these services through online, offline, individual, group, institutional or workshop-based formats.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when using our website or registering for our services.

For participants below 18 years of age, registration and participation must be completed with the knowledge and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

EMA may request additional information or consent where necessary for the safe participation of children or other participants requiring additional support.

3. Nature of Safety and Self-Defense Training

EMA Fight Back provides education, awareness and practical training intended to help participants develop safety awareness, confidence, decision-making and self-defense skills.

Training cannot guarantee that a participant will never experience an accident, injury, bullying incident, assault, emergency or other unsafe situation.

The effectiveness of training can vary depending on the individual, circumstances, environment, practice and other factors.

Participants should always use appropriate judgment and seek assistance from parents, guardians, teachers, authorities, emergency services or qualified professionals where appropriate.

Training should not be considered a substitute for emergency services, medical treatment, psychological care, legal advice or professional security services.

4. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep information on this website useful and up to date.

However, information may occasionally contain errors, omissions, outdated information or changes in program availability, schedules, fees or locations.

EMA reserves the right to modify, update or discontinue website content, programs, schedules, fees or services without prior notice, subject to applicable law and any commitments already made to registered participants.

5. Consultancy Services

EMA may offer services such as EMA Personal Safety Consultancy, EMA Institutional Safety Consultancy, and EMA Instructor Consultancy.

Consultancy may be conducted online, by telephone, video call or another agreed method.

The purpose of consultancy is to understand the participant's or organization's requirements and recommend potentially suitable EMA services.

A consultancy does not automatically guarantee admission, certification, employment, a particular training program, a particular instructor, or any specific result.

Where a consultancy fee is applicable, the fee and any applicable adjustment toward another EMA service will be communicated before payment.

6. Course Registration and Online Programs

Where online courses are offered, access will be provided according to the course purchased.

Course access may be subject to the period specified on the course page.

Login credentials must not be shared with another person.

Course materials are provided for the registered participant's personal or authorized organizational use.

EMA may restrict or terminate access in cases of unauthorized sharing, copying, resale or misuse.

7. Workshops and Institutional Programs

For schools, colleges, universities, medical colleges, healthcare institutions, corporates, societies and other organizations, program details may be agreed separately.

Such agreements may include date and timing, number of participants, location, program duration, fees, travel expenses, equipment requirements, responsibilities of the organization, cancellation or rescheduling conditions, photography/video arrangements, and other mutually agreed terms.

8. Fees and Payments

All applicable fees will be communicated or displayed before the relevant purchase or booking.

Fees may vary depending on program, duration, location, number of participants, online/offline format, individual or group training, institutional requirements, and additional services or facilities.

Users are responsible for providing accurate payment and registration information.

9. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund conditions may vary according to the service purchased.

The applicable policy will be communicated at the time of booking, registration or purchase.

Where a specific refund/cancellation policy is displayed for a particular course, workshop or consultancy, that policy will apply to that transaction.

EMA will comply with applicable consumer-protection requirements.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and in EMA programs, including logos, brand names, text, photographs, videos, graphics, course materials, training systems, exercises, presentations, manuals, e-books, worksheets, downloadable resources, curriculum and training methodologies, is owned by or licensed to EMA Fight Back / Extreme Martial Arts unless otherwise stated.

You may not, without prior written permission, copy or reproduce our materials for commercial use, resell course materials, upload our courses to another platform, distribute training manuals, record paid training sessions for redistribution, use EMA materials to create competing commercial products, remove copyright, trademark or ownership notices, or represent EMA materials as your own.

Limited personal use is permitted where specifically authorized.

11. EMA Instructor Training and Certification

Completion of an application, consultancy or training program does not automatically guarantee certification.

Certification may be subject to eligibility requirements, attendance, knowledge assessment, practical assessment, teaching assessment, completion of required assignments, compliance with EMA standards, and other requirements communicated by EMA.

EMA may establish different instructor levels, certifications or renewal requirements from time to time.

12. Participant Safety and Physical Activity

Some EMA programs involve physical activity, martial arts movements, self-defense drills, fitness exercises, partner activities or equipment.

Participants must follow instructor instructions, inform the instructor of relevant physical limitations or restrictions, use appropriate protective equipment where required, stop an activity if they experience significant pain, dizziness, breathing difficulty or other concerning symptoms, and follow the safety rules of the venue.

Parents/guardians are responsible for providing relevant information concerning participating minors.

EMA may refuse participation in an activity where it reasonably believes participation could create an unacceptable safety risk.

13. Medical and Professional Advice

EMA training and educational content is not intended to provide medical diagnosis, medical treatment, psychological diagnosis, legal advice, professional security advice, or emergency response services.

Participants should consult an appropriately qualified professional whenever such advice is required.

14. User-Submitted Information

When you submit information through our forms, WhatsApp, email, registration systems or other communication channels, you agree to provide information that is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You should not submit another person's personal information unless you are authorized to do so.

Personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
